Abstract In a Present ERA, E-Commerce Companies Like Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal & eBay are Getting More Profitable and Successful than Shopkeepers of Local Market in Ajmer. The ‘Internet’ has Changed the concept of Business World E-Commerce is just the process of buying and selling product by electronic ways mean such as by applications and the internet. E-Commence refers to both mobile retail as well as electronic transactions. E-Commerce has hugely increased in popularity over the last Years, and it’s replacing traditional business. E-Commerce allows customers to overcome geographical barriers and allows them to purchase products anytime and from anywhere, E-Commerce has a major impact on the Shopkeepers of Local Market in Ajmer and Present Days Revenue and Sales of Shopkeepers are getting down and they are fighting to survive their business due to E-Commerce Companies. Shopkeepers are mediator of Producer and direct customer and they take benefit of it but now a days E-Commerce will eliminate mediation process as producers can sell direct to consumers. so, Profit of Margin getting down for Shopkeepers of Local Market in Ajmer
